There is a dual-window feature on iPad, called Split View that allows you to run multiple apps side by side. However, unfortunately, it doesn't currently support multi-app instancing. Saying in other words, you are not able to see two different windows in the same app.
If your iPad is running iOS 10 or later, you will be able to run two Safari tabs side by side. From iOS 11, iOS allows you to run two split-view windows and open the third Slide Over window at the same time.
How to create a Safari Split View
You can easily put your iPad's Safari into Split View at any time. To do so

- Tap on Open Split View.

You can open any link in the form of a Safari Split View.
- Long press on the link.
- Tap on Open in Split View in the pop-up menu.
How to turn a tab into Safari Split View
If you are opening multiple tabs, you can put one of them into a Safari Split View. To do so
- Long press on the tab.
- Drag the tab to the right or left until you see it splits off into a new window.
How to switch a tab between Safari Split Views
Each split view includes multiple tabs, so you can easily switch tabs between split views at any time you want.
- Long press on the tab.
- Drag the tab to the opposite side of split view.
How to open links in the opposite Safari Views

- Long press on the link.
- Tap on Open On Other Side when you see a pop-up menu.

How to add a Slide Over window to the dual Safari Split View
Safari 1 2 For Windows 7
If there are two Safari windows opening to Split View on your iPad, then you can add a third window in Slide Over form. You can put any app into the Slide Over window other than Safari.
- Swipe up from the bottom to open the Dock.
- Long press the third app to the center of your screen.
- Drag the Slide Over window to the left or right side as your liking.
How to merge Safari Split View back to tabs
If you no longer want Safari Split View to open, but still want to keep opening all tabs, you can bring everything back.
- Long press on the tab (It's now moved to the bottom right.)
- Tap on Merge All Tabs
If you want to remove all your tabs, simply tap on the close icon (it looks like an X icon) to close them. After you have closed all the tabs in a split view, the other side of the view will also close.
Hours into the release of Safari 3.2, users frenetically started reporting crashes with the browser. The problem was almost instantly isolated and confirmed as incompatibility with third party software. Apple has now issued a new Safari update, for both Mac and Windows users, which delivers 'stability improvements,' according to the Cupertino, Calif.-based Mac maker.

This update includes stability improvements and is recommended for all Safari users.
The changelog looks the same for all three versions of the update (Mac Tiger, Mac Leopard and Windows), while requirements include any Mac running Security Update 2007 and Mac OS X 10.4.11, any Mac running Security Update 007 and Mac OS X 10.5.5 and Windows XP / Vista respectively.
Safari 3.2, released last week, addressed several security issues, including phishing and identification of online businesses. Other changes were included. Apple revealed that Safari 3.2, available for both Leopard and Tiger, as well as for Windows Vista or XP featured 'protection from fraudulent phishing websites and better identification of online businesses.'

Apple added that the update also included 'the latest security updates.' The latter concerns JPEG and TIFF image handling, preventing certain malicious files from closing the program or executing an arbitrary code, as well as XML document processing, correcting a heap buffer overflow vulnerability. Bugs addressed on the Windows side included bounds checking and zlib 1.2.2 issues.
A fix for a problem that sometimes allowed form field information to be stored in the page cache, even if the autocomplete function was disabled, was especially noteworthy. Apple learned that this would disclose sensitive information to a local console user, and delivered the fix. However, Apple's patches conflicted (at some point) with existing third party software, resulting in Safari crashing all over the place for most users. Hopefully the new version of the browser will put an end to this. We are waiting for your confirmation that Safari 3.2.1 is a go.
